This private single family residence concept unfortunately seems to have stopped in its design tracks.  It’s a renovation and addition effort that brings back to life a home that was built in the early 1900’s as a wedding gift!  While keeping certain historic charming elements, the new garage features modern functionality and a new guest bedroom suite above.
