Situated on property in downtown Cumming, Georgia…a rural outlier north of Atlanta.  Historically the land held worker housing for the chicken processors or other industries following both world wars.  But recent growth of the Atlanta area has spread northward, and the city of Cumming is finally worthy of quality development.  We feel like we started the trend with this project, and now other projects in the area are forced to follow in our footsteps of authentically inspired historic brick “Main Street” style mercantile architecture.   While the ground floor we designed as open shell ready for an unkown tenant, the upstairs we designed for the owners. . . a vibrant dentistry service that moved from another ATL location.
