Our firm was selected because of our expertise with new projects “that look old”.  Situated in historic Roswell, the design had to meet the requirements of the city’s architectural guidelines.  The resulting building features 100-year-old refurbished heart of pine floors, rainwater harvesting system for restroom use, elevator and rooftop deck for the business-oriented tenants inside.
