Situated in an evolving (becoming an intersection when street extension is complete) position along Main Street.  The proposed developer was trying to think ahead of the oncoming changes to the surrounding parcel conditions.  We were hired to begin envisioning the possibilities… this scheme successfully met the program requirements of blending a banking facility with office uses and a rooftop amenity private to the building occupants.
