This developer was successful in bringing the ‘Great Wolf Resort Hotel’ to the overall development, and that became the basis of all other master planning decisions.  A resort with 1,000’s of guests per night means supporting small businesses are needed.  And our layout takes its inspiration from historical small towns in the southeast for nostalgic architecture but intermixed with modern functionality and fully pedestrian accessibility and safety.  Uses intended: office, food & beverage, retail, museum, indoor wave pool, hotel, etc.
