This property includes the oldest residence in Alpharetta, the 1856 Greek Revival Skelton-Teasley house.  Of course, we saved it and blended it with a shared new courtyard and a new 3-story office building sitting on a basement level of parking spaces.  A fine dining restaurant is featured opening onto the raised courtyard & amenity area, while being shaded by 2 large oak trees that the owner and contractor miraculously saved during construction.  The finished building complex is maturing into its setting and feels as though it was there all along.
