Concept - Mixed Use
#25011 (Alpharetta, GA)
EARLY CONCEPT STUDY:
Note: this project scheme is still to be pushed through a typically rigorous rezoning and approvals process. The location is prime. . . as they say. . . and therefore must remain secretive for the time being.
Multiple iterations are being considered. This scheme illustrated herein explores two underneath parking levels with some street level retail (think French café) as well as upper level uses still being considered by the developers. Multiple rooftop amenities are demonstrated with a variety of spatial and end-user opportunities.
The current result is a detailed brick envelope blending characteristics of Beaux Arts and Romanesque elements, although this is mostly a massing study without any recommendations yet for actual materials and colors. . . hence the grayscale presentation thus far.
Because of the extraordinary downtown visibility and prominence, the design solution will absolutely provide a vibrant branding opportunity for the yet-to-determined tenant mix. So, in the meantime, we’ve had a grand time exploring architectural ideas for consideration by our clients and their market advisors.
