We'll keep the address unidentified, but the location is everything!  What a beautiful, pristine and secluded spot in the north Georgia mountains with 180 degree views of the river valley!   Long time friends of the Ward family, our clients Fred & Gail came to us wanting their forever home and we were honored to help.  Empty nester life never looked or felt so good.  Their new home sits naturally and quietly on a sloping bluff complementing the rising and setting of the sun, the cool breezes blowing across the valley, and of course the all-important views of the clear water river that bends 90 degrees through the pastured valley.
