This project idea unfortunately never made it beyond conceptual infancy.  Situated on 6 acres in a growing downtown area, the mixed-use composition of intricate facades and public plazas and piazzas would be exceptional in quality of architectural detail in the disposition of European walkability and civic aesthetic awareness.
