We believe the original structure was built in the 1950’s as a community movie theater.  Unclear how long ago it was repeatedly and heavily modified to support residential and commercial uses prior to our client taking ownership in ca. 2013.  Our challenge involved extensive renovations and structural improvements to support both residential and commercial again, but in a totally new composition including a rooftop amenity for the private residents.  The Aria Salon now features large storefront glass interacting with the ever-growing pedestrian population in downtown Alpharetta.
